At Talos LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy as outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified
- Custom-cut cables or made-to-order items
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, model, or variant, contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
